We have over long time planned to be certified as an Eco-lighthouse company. Now we have started the process and look forward to look into all our operations and see how we can improve to make our eco footprint lower. We know this is in our guests interest, and also all our employees. We hope to be approved, and come out of this process smarter, with more knowledge, and maybe inspire other co operation companies to do the same!

Season for daily guided glacier and kayak hike are over now. It's snowing on the glacier and the road up to the glacier is closed. We still arrange group hikes, mainly with snow shoes. We want to thank everyone for a great season, both guests and all our glacier guides. (Photo with kayaks: Roar Svåsand)

Since May we have been arranging daily guided hikes on Folgefonna, we still have a few weeks left of season, and the conditions on the glacier is simply great at the moment!
